Napoli midfielder Andre-Franck Zambo Anguissa is reportedly close to signing a new contract with the Serie A club, which would keep him in Naples until 2028.
According to reports from Italian newspaper La Repubblica, the Cameroon international is set to extend his stay. This move is seen as part of the club`s efforts to provide stability for new manager Antonio Conte and complement upcoming signings.
Anguissa`s Extension Signals Stability for Napoli

Zambo Anguissa has been a consistent presence for Napoli since joining in 2022, accumulating 130 appearances in Serie A and a total of 153 matches across all competitions.
He originally arrived in Naples on loan from Premier League club Fulham for the 2021-22 season before making the move permanent.

His consistent performance and dedication are now expected to be recognized with a new three-year contract, potentially allowing the 29-year-old to spend the peak years of his career in Serie A.
Anguissa`s current contract included an optional extension clause for Napoli to extend it until 2027. However, reports indicate the club will instead agree a completely new contract that adds an extra year, confirming his stay until 2028.
