Esports

Sanzaru Games, the studio known for developing Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time, put forward a proposal for a Jak & Daxter remaster several years ago, and a brief video snippet of this never-before-seen pitch has just surfaced online.

The original Jak & Daxter game, along with its two acclaimed sequels developed by Naughty Dog, are frequently lauded as masterfully crafted titles that skillfully merged classic 3D platforming elements with a more contemporary action-adventure sensibility. After the successful remaster treatments of iconic franchises like Crash Bandicoot and Spyro the Dragon, many fans had pondered whether the Jak & Daxter series would receive a similar modern revitalization. It has now been revealed that an actual attempt was made to bring such a project to fruition.
