Rennes join OGC Nice and Leeds United in showing interest in Franck Honorat

Football News

According to recent reports, interest is mounting in Franck Honorat, the 28-year-old attacking midfielder currently playing for Borussia Mönchengladbach.

An academy product of OGC Nice, Honorat has performed well since joining Borussia Mönchengladbach from Stade Brestois. He has registered an impressive 20 assists and scored seven goals in 51 appearances for the German club.

The midfielder is attracting significant attention this summer. Earlier reports in May linked him with a potential move to Leeds United, his former club Nice, and also Freiburg.

Now, it is understood that two additional clubs have emerged as potential suitors. Stade Rennais are reportedly showing interest in Honorat as they seek to strengthen their attack this transfer window. They are particularly looking for players with proven Ligue 1 experience, which Honorat possesses.

Spanish side Valencia from La Liga are also reportedly interested in the Frenchman. It appears increasingly likely that Honorat could change clubs this summer.
