Orsolini Resists Huge Saudi Pro League Offer

Football News

Reports indicate that Bologna and Italy forward Riccardo Orsolini is currently turning down a substantial offer from Saudi Pro League club Al-Qadsiah. Transfer expert Gianluca Di Marzio of Sky Sport Italia suggests this is the same club pursuing Fiorentina`s Moise Kean.

The proposed deal includes a significant annual salary of €10 million net for Orsolini, and Bologna would receive a transfer fee of €25 million if the move were to happen.

Orsolini Prioritizes Staying at Bologna

Al-Qadsiah faces a challenge, as Orsolini currently shows little desire to make this move. The 28-year-old recently had his most successful season to date, contributing 17 goals and 5 assists in 40 games for Bologna.

He is contracted until June 2027 and believes staying in Serie A offers him a better opportunity to return to the Italy national team under new coach Gennaro Gattuso, who replaced Luciano Spalletti. Earlier reports also linked Fenerbahce with a potential transfer for the player.
