The future of Paris Saint-Germain`s Carlos Soler, aged 28, appears uncertain. The Spanish player spent the most recent season on loan at West Ham United but featured infrequently for the team. He has since departed the London club, as West Ham chose not to activate the option to make his move permanent.
However, Soler is also not expected to remain at PSG. As reported earlier this week by Le Parisien, none of the players returning from loan spells this summer are considered part of the club`s future plans. This group reportedly includes players such as Randal Kolo Muani, Renato Sanches, and Milan Skriniar. Consequently, the midfielder will need to secure a new club during the current transfer window.
According to journalist Gianluca Di Marzio, Serie A side Napoli has registered interest in the former Valencia player and has reportedly commenced discussions regarding a potential transfer. The club from Naples, which has recently appointed Antonio Conte as manager, is also understood to be pursuing other transfer targets, including Kevin De Bruyne, whose contract with Manchester City is nearing its conclusion.
