According to information from RMC Sport, Olympique de Marseille is actively seeking to move on several players during the current transfer window.
While the club has been busy securing new signings, including English players CJ Egan-Riley and Angel Gomes on free transfers, and preparing for the expected arrival of Facundo Medina from RC Lens in a deal valued at over €20 million (with his medical completion anticipated soon), managing departures is also a key focus.
RMC Sport has compiled a list of players deemed surplus to requirements at OM. This list reportedly includes Pol Lirola, Derek Cornelius, Amine Harit, and Neal Maupay, all of whom are understood to be available for transfer.
Notably, both Cornelius and Maupay only joined the club last summer. Despite Maupay being a popular figure among the Vélodrome faithful, both players are now permitted to leave. Marseille is said to have identified Matthis Abline of FC Nantes as a primary target to potentially fill the void left by Maupay`s departure.
