Olympique de Marseille are actively seeking a replacement for winger Luis Henrique, 23, who is reportedly close to finalising a move to Inter Milan. According to French reports, Les Phocéens are focusing their search on the Dutch Eredivisie market.
Sources indicate that Marseille have identified three players from the Dutch top flight as potential candidates to succeed Henrique. Topping their list is Feyenoord`s Brazilian forward Igor Paixao, 24, who impressed last season with a significant contribution of 16 goals and 10 assists in the league. However, securing his signature may prove difficult, as Paixao recently signed a contract extension until 2029, leading Feyenoord to value him at a substantial fee of around €30 million.
Also under consideration is Noa Lang, 25, from PSV Eindhoven. Lang is reportedly keen on leaving PSV this summer and could be available for a more modest fee, potentially as low as €20 million, presenting a more financially viable option compared to Paixao. The third player linked is the experienced Croatian winger Ivan Perisic, 36. His contract at PSV is nearing its expiration, although discussions regarding a potential renewal are ongoing. Marseille have reportedly made contact with Perisic`s representatives. At this stage, all three options remain open, with Marseille yet to formalise their interest with a concrete offer for any of their targets.
