Olympique Lyonnais is reportedly nearing the completion of a transfer for goalkeeper Matt Turner (30) from Nottingham Forest. This potential arrival suggests that Lyon`s current number one keeper, Lucas Perri (27), might be heading for an exit from the club.
The transfer for the USMNT goalkeeper is expected to finalise soon, with reports indicating a deal worth €8 million. A verbal agreement between the two clubs is already said to be in place. However, despite Perri enjoying a strong first full season with Lyon, his future at the club is now uncertain.
The Brazilian goalkeeper is rumoured to be on AC Milan`s list of potential targets. The Italian giants are reportedly seeking a replacement for Mike Maignan, who is attracting significant interest from Chelsea. Maignan is understood to be keen on a move to Stamford Bridge, especially with only one year remaining on his contract with AC Milan.
Perri is reportedly just one name being considered by AC Milan to potentially fill Maignan`s spot. Other goalkeepers mentioned on their apparent shortlist include Mile Svilar from AS Roma and Zion Suzuki from Parma.
