Juventus are reportedly also targeting Atalanta`s midfielder Ederson, joining Inter in the pursuit of the Brazilian player. While Inter are said to view Ederson as a prime candidate to potentially replace Hakan Calhanoglu should he depart for Galatasaray, Juventus is preparing their own approach.
According to reports from Calciomercato.it, the Bianconeri aim to reduce the estimated €50-60 million valuation of the player by offering players in exchange. The main player suggested as a potential makeweight in a swap deal to entice Atalanta is Nico Gonzalez, who has reportedly faced challenges settling in under the new coach Igor Tudor.
Other players who could potentially be included in the deal are Timothy Weah and Samuel Mbangula. Both players were previously linked with moves away, specifically to Nottingham Forest, but reportedly declined those transfers.
