Further reports indicate that once the necessary procedures are finished in Turkey, Immobile will head to Italy to complete his move to Bologna.

The 35-year-old, who currently sits eighth in Serie A`s all-time scoring charts with 201 goals, is anticipated to sign a one-year contract with Bologna, including an option for a further 12 months.

Immobile is currently just four goals away from matching legendary striker Roberto Baggio`s Serie A tally and eight goals from equalling Antonio Di Natale, who is sixth on the all-time list.

In his single season with Besiktas, the former Lazio captain scored 15 league goals in 30 appearances, finishing the campaign with 19 goals across all competitions.
