Reports suggest that Paul Pogba, the 32-year-old midfielder formerly with Juventus, is on the verge of continuing his football career in Ligue 1. He is expected to arrive in Monaco sometime this week to potentially finalize a free transfer agreement with Adi Hütter`s team. There are indications he could be at the club`s La Turbie training facility as early as Tuesday.
Pogba has been without a club since his contract with Juventus was mutually terminated in November 2024. This follows a four-year doping ban he received earlier this year. While he has consistently maintained his innocence and is currently appealing the suspension to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), the rules permit him to train with a team during the ongoing appeal process.
