As rumors intensify regarding his future, particularly with his €52 million release clause set to become active on July 1, Roberto Piccoli has been identified as a potential signing for the Viola should Kean move on this summer.
The 24-year-old forward spent the last season on loan at Cagliari from Atalanta, netting ten goals in Serie A for the Sardinian club. Cagliari is expected to exercise the €12.5 million buy option included in the loan deal. Therefore, if Fiorentina is interested in acquiring Piccoli, they would need to enter negotiations with Cagliari.
