Diakité`s performances, particularly those showcased in the UEFA Champions League against prominent teams like Real Madrid, Atlético de Madrid, and Borussia Dortmund, are believed to have significantly captured Bournemouth`s attention.
Lille is known for its firm stance in transfer negotiations. According to information from RMC Sport, the French club is demanding a minimum fee of €35 million for the player, who has a contract extending until 2028. This valuation is reportedly considered excessive by Bournemouth at present.
