Borussia Dortmund Sells Youssoufa Moukoko to FC Copenhagen

FC Copenhagen has announced the signing of forward Youssoufa Moukoko from German club Borussia Dortmund.

The German international has reportedly signed a contract with the Danish side for five seasons, valid until 2030. According to journalist Florian Plettenberg, the transfer fee for the player was around €5 million.

During the second half of the past season, Moukoko spent time on loan at OGC Nice in France. While there, he participated in 22 matches, netting two goals and providing three assists.

Controversy surrounding the forward`s age arose in 2024, with reports suggesting his age might have been understated by four years. Officially, he celebrated his 20th birthday in November.

Moukoko was part of the Borussia Dortmund system since 2016. For the senior team, he made 99 appearances, scoring 18 goals and registering 8 assists across various competitions.
