According to reports from The Times, German giants Bayern Munich are looking to sign Arsenal midfielder Gabriel Martinelli.
Sources suggest the 24-year-old Brazilian is one of the potential targets for Bayern, particularly after they were unable to secure the services of Florian Wirtz. Concurrently, Arsenal is reportedly looking to potentially reduce Martinelli`s salary. The Athletic indicates that the North London club would be prepared to sell the player for a fee exceeding 58 million euros.
In the 2024/25 season, Martinelli made 51 appearances for Arsenal across all competitions, where he scored 10 goals and provided 6 assists. His current contract with the Gunners is set to run until June 30, 2027.
