Serie A clubs Atalanta BC and SSC Napoli are reportedly monitoring Lille OSC winger Edon Zhegrova, aged 26. The Kosovan international appears set to depart the French club this summer, as his current contract is due to enter its final year and he has made his intentions to leave clear.
Lille has been anticipating Zhegrova`s potential exit and has already secured the signing of 20-year-old Norwegian winger Marius Broholm from Rosenborg on a five-year contract. However, despite both Lille and Zhegrova agreeing that a move is necessary, finalizing the terms of his departure remains complex, particularly concerning the transfer fee.
Sources indicate that Lille values the winger at approximately €25 million and is reluctant to sell him for less than this figure. Potential transfer partners may find this valuation challenging, considering not only his contract status (entering the final year) but also his track record with injuries during his time at Lille, which notably saw him miss the entire second half of the 2024/25 season.
