Atalanta have completed the permanent signing of defender Odilon Kossounou from Bayer Leverkusen. Kossounou spent the 2024/25 season on loan with the Italian club before the deal was made permanent.
The transfer was officially announced by Atalanta`s press service. According to reputable insider Fabrizio Romano, the fee for the permanent move is reported to be €20 million.
During his loan spell, Kossounou made 23 appearances for Atalanta across all competitions, contributing two assists.
