Reports indicate that Arsenal is showing interest in Monaco`s versatile attacking midfielder, Maghnes Akliouche, aged 23. Following a notable season on the French Riviera, the France U21 international is expected to depart Monaco this summer. The club reportedly values the midfielder at around €70 million.
Several other Premier League teams, such as Manchester City, Manchester United, Nottingham Forest, and Tottenham Hotspur, have also registered their interest. Now, Arsenal, another prominent Premier League side, has also entered the pursuit.
Furthermore, it`s reported that Arsenal is nearing a verbal agreement with Hasan Cetinkaya, the agent representing both Akliouche and Viktor Gyökeres. The club is reportedly seeking a winger to challenge Bukayo Saka and Gabriel Martinelli, and Akliouche is considered a high-priority target for Arsenal. Alternatively, Ademola Lookman of Atalanta Bergamo is mentioned as a potentially less expensive alternative, with a reported valuation of €50 million.
